Return Policy
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must show signs of normal use only; damage caused by improper use is excluded.

We reserve the right to charge shipping costs to the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged without fault on our part.

After contacting us, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not return the product to the sender address. The return address will only be provided after you have contacted us.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the transaction is entered into for purposes that are not predominantly related to commercial or independent professional activities.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
As we operate a fully automated order processing system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we are unable to stop the shipping process once it has started. Cancellation is no longer possible once the goods have been dispatched.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email or post). A return is considered complete once we have received the goods.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Cancelling an Order
IMPORTANT: Orders must be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After this time, the order is completed and the shipping process is initiated.
Delivery Times and Delays
As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are outside of our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, please wait until you receive the goods and return them if necessary. You may also notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.
To ensure prompt processing of your return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation once the return has been dispatched.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless additional costs arose because you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Product Photos
We reserve the right to request photos of the product worn by the customer in order to verify sizing issues. This helps us confirm that the issue is indeed related to size and prevents misunderstandings.
